you can do this with .bat files create a cs.bat, make first line call cheatingdeath executable and second - halflife with passed parameters.  (something like "halflife.exe %1 %2 %3 ..." I guess, been a while since I edited bat files

sure, it would be more appropriate to add ability to call stuff to the program, but we are pretty much limited with current design and translation system in what we can add/change - i.e., almost nothing only internal fixes.
