It would be be comfortable to launch another program with game.
For example when i connect to Cs server i must start cheating death at first and then connect.

you can do this with .bat files :) create a cs.bat, make first line call cheatingdeath executable and second - halflife with passed parameters. (something like "halflife.exe %1 %2 %3 ..." I guess, been a while since I edited bat files :)

sure, it would be more appropriate to add ability to call stuff to the program, but we are pretty much limited with current design and translation system in what we can add/change - i.e., almost nothing :) only internal fixes.
